All eyes on February's special session. Brokerage admin dollars and customer plan dollars (15% reduction) are at the top of the Department of Human Services SPD reduction option list. We will have our advocacy work cut out for us this season, friends. More information soon on bringing back the Dear Legislator Project (www.dearlegislator.org.) We hope you'll get involved as we prepare to weather another budgetary storm. Advocacy is what created brokerages services and advocacy is what will preserve them!
